The design of complete reconstruction and rehabilitation of existing residential-business area in Knez Mihailova street no.20 - Čika Ljubina street no.9 that is being executed by our company Millennium Team, encompasses and meets the requirements for preserving of cultural-historical whole and energy efficiency requirements

The design of complete reconstruction and rehabilitation of existing residential-business area in Knez Mihailova street no.20 - Čika Ljubina street no.9 that is being executed by our company Millennium Team, encompasses and meets the requirements for preserving of cultural-historical whole and energy efficiency requirements.

The implementation of the project will encompass reconstruction of structural system replacing the existing intermediate wooden structure with the new reinforced concrete one t.

The existing office area will be converted in hotel amenities for the purpose of altering manner of space arrangement. The project prescribes rehabilitation of the facility by use of architectural solution that will meet the requirements of the new user both from functional and organizational aspect.

The structure itself will preserve the existing structural lines and volume. The manner of space arrangement of planned facility upon completion of reconstruction and rehabilitation will be a residential-office one made of three functional-technological wholes: office areas - made of three offices and a hotel amenity.

The access to the hotel will de independent from office area and made possible by lifts and staircases from the existing passage, namely atrium.

The hotel will be directly accessible by three lifts. The two lifts are service ones and are an integral part of every architectural whole. The lifts themselves will be accessible through a passage from where they will connect all floors of the structure, from cellar up to the highest floor. The connection between the two elevators will be direct at basement level .

The panoramic lift going from ground floor to second floor will be available to visitors of the hotel. The lift will be accessible from an atrium and will enable ascend to a flat terrace roof on a second floor that connects the two wholes.

An additional lift will be installed in body of every whole individual so as to connect the hotel amenities from a second floor up to highest floors.

The passage with an open atrium will remain as an architectural solution.
